We’re a rapidly growing US-based company that operates globally, with primary facilities in Atlanta, Georgia and Costa Rica. Position: Corporate Travel Consultant

The Corporate Travel Consultant is a key role in our core accounts group. They are detail-oriented and focused on finding solutions to client needs. Their responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements in an expedient and efficient manner, calling hotels, gaining quotes and negotiating contracts. They have excellent oral and written communication skills (professional native-level English) and are able to organize their work using tools like Google Docs. They will handle direct interaction with clients and parties to transactions all over the world once they have been trained in our proprietary systems.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time position, the successful applicant will become an integral part of our team.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating travel and meeting arrangements in an expedient and efficient manner, calling hotels, gaining quotes and negotiating contracts.
  • Client-ready written and oral communications skills (professional native-level English).
  • Must be someone who is not afraid of computers or learning new things that will make their jobs easier.
  • Must be detail-oriented, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.
  • Clean Criminal Record and history of Financial Accountability.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S, Canada, or Europe.
  • Must provide own modern, capable computer with reliable, high speed internet access.
